We are looking for a skilled a la carte/hotel chef to join a hotel not far from Kristiansand.
As the hotel's cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for our restaurant and bar, which are open every day. The menu ranges from simple dishes to full à la carte, and we also offer a self-composed menu for parties and weddings. You should have extensive experience in preparing and cooking a la carte dishes.
The restaurant is open every day and serves a large menu, from the simple to the full à la carte menu. They put great emphasis on food with roots in Norwegian food traditions and local food.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for food and cooking, as well as a strong knowledge of Norwegian food traditions and short-distance food. You should be able to work under pressure, be highly organized, and be able to work as part of a team.
