La Pizza is located in a customized shipping container in Kristiansand and is a busy neighborhood take away pizzeria. We use biga and 72 houre cold ferment. The pizza is cooked in a wood fired rotating Pavesi oven. We focus on quality and use San Marzano tomatos and fresh local mozzarella.
