What does a typical day look like?
Take an active, hands-on role in the daily kitchen operations.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen culture.
Manage and place all necessary orders to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Support the Executive Head Chef in following up on selected kitchen KPIs and departmental goals through our PMI framework, contributing to areas such as food cost, waste management, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
The job includes work during evenings as well as weekends and major holidays.
And, who are you?
3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef.
A genuine passion for leading from the front and being operationally involved during service.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Calm under pressure and able to perform in a high-volume environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required.
A valid driver's license and access to a car is an advantage, but not required.

The team at Fyri is very international and you need to have a firm but diplomatic leadership in order to inspire and lead the team during high pressure. You will receive full support in your job by a executive head chef as well as support from 2 sous chefs during preparation as well as during service.
About the Position
Employment Type: Permanent
Start Date and Salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by mutual agreement but preferably middle of October 2026.
