Foreman / Site Supervisor Wanted – Long-Term Construction Projects-Must be fluent in Norwegian
We are currently looking for experienced and independent Foremen / Site Supervisors for long-term construction projects, including a fire station project and other ongoing developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals seeking a stable position with a duration of 1–2 years.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, schedules, and quality standards
- Manage and support construction teams and subcontractors
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Use digital drawings and project documentation through the Dalux app
- Communicate effectively with project management and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar role within construction
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project execution
- Experience using Dalux for digital drawings and project management
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of construction processes and site operations

- NOK 350 per hour if you provide your own accommodation
- NOK 330 per hour if accommodation is provided by us
- Travel expenses within Norway covered by the employer

- A company car will be provided if your role involves working on multiple projects.
- For employees assigned to a single project only, a company car will not be provided.
