Vi søker dyktige og arbeidsvillige asfaltarbeidere til oppdrag hos våre kunder innen bygg- og anleggsbransjen. Som asfaltarbeider vil du bli en del av et profesjonelt team som jobber med asfaltlegging og tilhørende anleggsarbeid.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Asfaltlegging og utførelse av asfaltarbeid
• Forberedelse og klargjøring av arbeidsområdet
• Manuell håndtering og utlegging av asfalt
• Bruk av relevant utstyr og håndverktøy
• Komprimering og etterarbeid
• Følge HMS-rutiner og krav på arbeidsplassen
• Samarbeide tett med bas, maskinførere og øvrige kollegaer

Vi ser etter deg som

• Har erfaring fra asfaltarbeid eller annet relevant anleggsarbeid
• Er arbeidsom, pålitelig og punktlig
• Trives med fysisk arbeid og høyt arbeidstempo
• Kan arbeide både selvstendig og i team
• Har fokus på kvalitet og HMS
• Har førerkort klasse B – en fordel, men ikke et absolutt krav
• Kommuniserer godt på norsk eller engelsk

Erfaring med asfaltmaskin, vals eller annet relevant anleggsutstyr er en fordel.

Oppdragene vil være hos våre kunder på ulike prosjekter. Det kan derfor være aktuelt med arbeid på forskjellige lokasjoner.

Asphalt Workers Wanted –

We are looking for skilled and hardworking asphalt workers for assignments with our clients in the construction and civil engineering industry. As an asphalt worker, you will become part of a professional team working with asphalt paving and related construction work.

Main Responsibilities

• Asphalt paving and general asphalt work
• Preparing and clearing the work area
• Manual handling and laying of asphalt
• Operating relevant tools and equipment
• Compaction and finishing work
• Following HSE/health and safety procedures
• Working closely with supervisors, machine operators and other team members

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience with asphalt work or relevant construction/civil engineering work
• Is hardworking, reliable and punctual
• Is comfortable with physically demanding work and a fast-paced environment
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Takes quality and health & safety seriously
• Holds a Category B driving licence – an advantage, but not a requirement
• Speaks and understands Norwegian or English

Experience operating asphalt pavers, rollers or other relevant construction equipment is an advantage.

Location

Assignments will be carried out at various customer projects and locations. Travel between different worksites may therefore be required.
