DB Partner is currently recruiting 4 Maintenance Technicians on behalf of one of our clients.

You will join a skilled and supportive technical team responsible for maintaining and improving critical production systems. This is a stable, long-term position with opportunities to learn, develop, and grow professionally.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Daily operation and maintenance of technical equipment and production systems
• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues
• Preventive maintenance and continuous improvement work
• Following maintenance schedules and work orders
• Supporting quality, safety, and operational standards
• Contributing to efficient and reliable production
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for practical and motivated people with a technical background.
Relevant experience or education within one of the following areas is highly valued:
• Refrigeration technology
• Automation
• Electrical work
• Plumbing
• Mechanical or industrial maintenance
• Other relevant technical fields
Experience from process industry, manufacturing, marine, or industrial environments is an advantage.

Requirements
• Good computer skills
• English is a must, Norwegian is a plus
• Police certificate is required due to air freight regulations
