We are looking for two ambitious chefs for full-time position, perferred start time to be agreed, Varied shifts; day/evening and some weekends (not a la carte), the position reports to the Head Chef.
Thon Hotel Vika Atrium is a modern conference hotel located at Aker Brygge, featuring 148 rooms and capacity for up to 700 conference guests daily. Following a major upgrade in 2025, we now have brand-new kitchen, Hotel restaurant, Personal restaurant for the offices, conference facilities and expanded F&B opportunities – and we’re continuing to grow!
We are looking for a creative and ambitious chefs to join our team, with a primary focus on lunch and dinner service.
Responsibilities/tasks:
Preparing and serving high-quality food with great flavours
Plan and follow up on daily distribution of work tasks
Responsible for food safety (IK mat/HACCP) controls and routines
Reducing food waste and making smart use of ingredients
Contribute to a good work ethic and environment
