The hotel has a restaurant, outdoor dining, a lounge and meeting rooms. The restaurant is open seven days a week in high season with an à la carte, lunch and dinner, and also groups.
Areas of responsibility/tasks:
Prepare and produce breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering for events and groups.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
3--5 years of experience as a chef in a hotel or à la carte restaurant
Good understanding of food, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good English communication skills
In case of a successful working relationship, it may also be possible to work for a longer period.
Accommodation: Staff accommodation near the workplace
Salary: 260 - 270.00 NOK/h+12% vacation compensation.
Average working hours is 162.5 / month
Salary additions for evening, night and the weekend.
Overtime addition 50.00 %
National holiday addition 100.00 %
