Cafe manager is sought.

You are passionate about giving guests a great experience, very focused on customer service.
You are cooperative, fit, have good humor and can contribute to a good working environment.
You handle stress in a good way and have an extra gear to put in when needed.
Welcoming, positive, inclusive and committed.
Tasks are everything that needs to be done in a cafe, helping where needed. Customer service, tidying up, cleaning, cooking. etc. In addition to some administrative and personnel responsibilities. You are the one who stands up and takes responsibility for things getting done, and what you can't do yourself you delegate to others.
Position percentage can be discussed if the applicant wants less than 100% position.
Must be able to speak english or Norwegian/Scandinavian.
Training is provided.

Stillingsprosent kan diskuteres hvis sĂžkeren Ăžnsker mindre enn 100% stilling.
