We're on the hunt for passionate and outgoing Dogsledding guides to lead guests on a unforgettable self drive dogsledding experience. If you love animals, meeting new people, and working outdoors, this is your chance to turn Arctic days into something truly spectacular.

Job Description:

Dogsledding Guide - Seasonal position November 2026- March 2027
100% contract including bonus agreement.

Equipment and traning will be provided by the employer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Animal welfare and care: Ensure that all dogs receive proper nutrition, health monitoring, training and care.

  • Morning duties including feeding dogs, cleaning the kennels prior to guests arriving.

  • Harnessing dogs and preparing the teams for tours, safety instructions with guests, joining guests on tours

  • Ensuring safety of the dogs and guests during the tours

  • General maintenance and cleanliness of the dogyard

  • Being with the guests post tour and storytelling around the fire with coffee/tea/cocao

  • Training dogs in the off season

  • Collaborate with the kennel leaders for daily operations, health and safety, etc

  • Additional tasks as required to work in the dogyard

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working experience as a guide or related positions.

  • Experience with dogsledding either as a musher or dog handler, minimum 1 years / season

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus, but not required.
