Tasks:
For candidates with pizzeria experience:

Direct training to become assistant Pizzaiolo or head pizzaiolo

Managing the pizza station during service

Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure high quality and efficient service

Preparation of pixie according to authentic Roman recipe
